As Digital & Brand Project Manager, it is my responsibility to transform the FrancineParham & Co. brand onto a digital platform. This was exponentially crucial during the COVD-19 pandemic as people were losing their jobs at a rapid rate. It was our goal to have easy access to information and guidance during this troubling time.
The BrightTALK - Advancing Women in the Workplace Channel has a mission to help women advance in all facets of their careers and empower them to conquer this ever-changing world. Each month, the channel tackles important topics such as goal-setting, virtual networking, and work-life balance.

Before the pandemic, the Professional Women's Advancement Summit allowed mid-career women to network and gain tools for success through expert panels, discussions, and seminars. I met inspiring women from all over the United States of America and learned from their journeys and experiences. While working and planning the summit, I was pushed to advance in my own career and inspire others.
In October 2020, we converted the in-person event into a virtual live stream offering the same experience while following CDC guidelines and stay-at-home orders. With the summit becoming virtual, we were able to reach people all over the nation. The goal is to take the summit to a global level and learn more about international career journeys and robust and diverse networks.

The work done at FrancineParham & Co. is important in advancing women and women of color and taking steps towards equality in the workplace. Francine Parham and I were lucky enough to be featured on the Recruiting Hell Podcast and talked about our work and our journey thus far. The podcast can be streamed on any podcast services as well as below.
I am thankful for my time at FrancineParham & Co. for giving me the skills that could never be learned in a classroom. I have become a more confident speaker, negotiator, and leader through this experience and the women I have met. I hope to use these skills in the next step of my career journey.
